At the suggestion of friend and amazing artist Charles (website here), I'm working my way through THE ARTIST'S COMPLETE GUIDE TO FACIAL EXPRESSIONS by Gary Faigin. I've never been too hot at drawing hyper-realistic people, so I'm hoping the expressions transfer somewhat over to my own cartoony schmoony balloony style. There's nowhere to go but up, amirite?
