Today, I FINALLY completed the painting I had promised my friend for her wedding. (Their one year anniversary is on Sunday. ONE YEAR, GAH. Timing: I haz it.)
And inside jokes! This painting haz them too. I am not at liberty to explain. You may guess, though.

Aww! That's so sweet of you to make this for a wedding gift. The horse is freaking me out a little, lol. Did they go snowshoeing into a magical carnival?
I can't get past that clawed horse either. It's a really beautiful painting, and I'd love it if it were mine (and made sense to me), but you've still got that creepy vibe in there :-)
Keri - You know, that'd make a LOT more sense than what actually happened. I'm gonna tell them to explain it that way instead.
