Day 207: Five minute twitter sketches (part 3!)

It's that time again where I take suggestions from the wide world of twitter for five minute sketches!
First, for @kristanhoffman, who suggested: Sports in Japan. Koalas. Weird noises from the other sides of the walls. What's in your fridge. Cute kiddo anythings.

All of these could be a result of hypno-koala.

Then for @EarfulofCider, who suggested: Bat in a fedora playing a saxophone.
In my defense, there was no actual bat specified!

Next came @klagor's suggestion of neon-sniffling cube-monkey!!
In HIS defense, neon smells fabulous.

Then @goldilocksadv said: you could always draw a picture of your favorite Sailor Scout...ME!!!
And it's TRUE! She is my favorite Sailor Scout!
And last, @adamheine gave me the pick of the litter with: Unicorns playing football. Malcolm Reynolds playing chess with Jayne Cobb. Wookies. Sean Bean not dying.

How could I say no to such a challenge as Sean Bean attempting (and probably failing) to avoid his inevitable demise??

As always, it was tons of fun, guys. Thanks for the suggestions!

Day 88: Five minute Twitter Sketches!

Once in a while I'll go to Twitter and ask for a few sketching ideas. As always, Twitter did not disappoint today!

First for @acherrix, who suggested "Flying pigs!" (and later dubbed this Top Swine)

Next for @natattack, who asked for a corpus callosum (which she had to explain as well) (Google it, this'll make sense, I swear. Maybe.)

Then @CaraMiaAmore suggested "Dancing Kangaroos!" I've recently watched Back to the Future, yes. Why do you ask?

Dear friend @keri_726 asked for something Halloweenie, like ghosts and pumpkin mans at a party. It got dark.

And last, @goshmiller requested monkeys (my favorite verb) popcorn. Debating came to mind...mostly because I just wanted to use the phrase Simian vs. Snack. Ah man, I could have done battling! Ugh. Next time.

Thanks again for the inspiration, guys! This is always super fun for me.

Day 54: Five-minute Twitter Sketches

Once in a blue moon, I go to Twitter asking for five-minute sketching ideas. TWITTER NEVER FAILS ME. ALL HAIL TWITTER.

First off, @nemone7 asked for a steampunk hat:

Then Charles (@frameadvance) and his kids asked for a princess puppy:

Kelly (@klagor) asked for vermicious kinnids (I had to Google it. Been a long time since I read Charlie and the Glass Elevator!)

And finally Keriann (@keri_726) asked for a swashbuckling female pirate with a fish for a sword:

SO MUCH FUN. Thanks to everyone for playing! You feed my mind with weird and wondrous things. (Which is good 'cause usually it's just eating sushi and ding-dongs.)
